Hello, my name is Brittany. I first learned of the paleo way of life about 5 years ago but didn’t really start eating strict paleo until about a year ago. Then in August 2016 I had to go completely gluten free and began to focus on other foods that were making me feel gross. To me, “paleo” is less about a restrictive diet and more about finding the foods that best fuel me and keep me feeling my best. I didn’t coin the term Personal Paleo but I think it best describes my practices. I enjoy cooking, lifting weights, sleeping, learning about nutrition, and staying active. My goal for this blog is to simply track my thoughts and experiences and share them with whomever may read them. I’m always experimenting with foods and macros to see what helps me feel my best. I 100% believe that food can make or break you and feel very strongly about the power of food.
